    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Prepare detailed construction and installation drawings (design pack/as plan drawing, as built drawing, etc), estimates equipments, labor, and material costs Specify materials and equipments required and directs work activities to ensure conformance with engineering specifications/Project Contract Conducts surveys the sites, designs, and plans the execution of the Fiber Optics Projects, and other associated works Prepare technical document/proposal, technical presentation to customer and close relationship with Account Manager/Sales team for pre-sales activities or to fulfill technical requirements on tender process Determines feasibility of the projects, identifies, and forecasts costs and requirements Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned   Requirements:   Academic / Professional Qualification : Bachelor’s degree from Telecommunication/Civil Engineering major, or any related field Having knowledge and skill in Basic Computer (Ms. Office) software, MapInfo, AutoCAD, MapSource, Fiber Optical Budget Link is mandatory, and Google Earth application Having knowledge and skill in broad of backbone technology (DWDM, SDH, MPLS) and access network technology (Metro Ethernet, MSAN, DSL, GPON/FTTH) is necessary and NGN technology will be preferred Having knowledge of OSP construction engineering principles, practices, and methodology Having knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction Strong technical background in OSP works Working Experience : Minimal 4 years experiences in the same field Expertise / Skills / Language : OSP works planning, AutoCAD, MapInfo, MapSource, English literacy Personal Attributes : Hard worker, able to organize and complete multiple tasks at one time, able to work under tight dateline under pressure and meets deadlines (result oriented) Others : Loyal, Good helath and in excellent physical condition, Driving License (SIM A) is mandatory
