DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Major Responsibilities Include : Autonomously execute the sales ordering process and data entry related to our client base in the Asian region, according to our internal procedures Co-ordinate communication with logistics teams on stock availabilities and delivery schedules, informing customer accordingly for correct monthly order processing Co-ordinate with PTS on payment/credit issues Send claims to head office if a fine is imposed for late arrival of documents or discrepancies of quantity / Coordinate tyre claim between customer and claimed dept and follow up with credit note Quarterly market reports with preparation of sales analysis by main customers/countries Support the marketing specialist in any activity related to marketing support to our importers, especially in relation to management of POS material (stock, deliveries) Support the sales staff in the day by day activities The Qualifications : Excellent written and oral English, Chinese speaking will be prefarable Working experience in order desk, back office departments of international enterprises Any marketing experience in is preferred Good communication skills, initiative and drive Good command of Office software (word/excel/PPT), preferably SAP Willing to be work at Jakarta Office If you are the best in your position, and Enthusiastic, Passionate, Creative, Fast, Competent, Proactive, Flexible and Motivated, then you are the one we are looking for.
