    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent. Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access. Required language(s): English At least 7 year(s) of working experience in design/tooling with exposure to 3D CAD and other advance software. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available. Training :  Problem solving, design practice DFMEA,DFM,QFD, APQP & DOE Skill  :  Design &Development             Understanding of Test condition.             Raw material knowledge.             Tolerancing, CD & T             Creativity.             Thorough Methodology Approach.            Good Communication & Customer handling skill. Overall rsponsibility of design and development of new product in co-ordination with marketing Dept & India units. Ensure that the schedules for new development are completed as per plan. Evaluate inquiries for new productcs for technical feasibility study and delivery period. Address and resolve clarification and modification sought in design of exiting &development products and ensure that the necessary changes are implemented in the manufacturing process. Ensure preparation of annual budget and plan for capital expediture for Eng Dept and technical selection of such equipment. Ensure client srvicing by relevant staff on technical requirements, as and when required. Co-ordinate with customer for understanding and satisfying their technical requirement. Address customer complaint as and when the CSG has one and ensure that the relevant solutions are provided on time. Keep abreast of new technologies and developments in the engineering field in order to upgrade practices. Ensure exposure of sub-ordinate to new development in the field technology. Assign projects to sub-ordinates leading to adoption of such practices. Ensure product development as per APQP procedure and hand over to manufacturing team as per laid down requirement. Ensure proper maintenance of engineering drawing and documents and product samples. To monitor the manufacturing of pilot lots as per product development plan by co-ordinating with all concerned Dept. To give support to vendor development dept. in term of process, technical input for their vendor. Supervision of staff in eng. Dept. conduct regular appraisal of direct sub-ordinates in engineering dept. Ensure adherence to all laid dwn quality system. To prepare MIS for providing status of product under development, value eng. And cost reduction through improvement standardization. Other specific requirement and function as defined in procedure manual. Evaluate value engineering proposal to reduce product cost. Ensure effective implementation of EMS. Any other tasks assigned from time to time. To ensure monitoring of department expenses within budget and report for deviations. Ensure as customer representative that the “Voice of Customer” is appropriately addressed thorugh product & services. To understand customer environment related issue and implement the same as per schedule. To ensure that in all future new development, resticted elements are not considered.
