Process Automation (PA) Sales Manager Job Description: Responsible for delivering required sales result for General Industry (non-GFIS) Segment in PA business in Location (Country) Develop and execute Cluster General Industry Segment business plan with alignment to regional/global strategies for market expansion, new customer and key account management/development. Manage cluster wide General Industry Segment based team, set target/KPIs and guide in the alignment of Cluster strategies, considering any required localization, with regional and global PA strategies. Identify and promote top applications for multiplication Manage/Guide cluster wide General PA Sales team, set target/KPIs and guide in the alignment of Cluster strategies Conduct periodic sales calls/reviews and generate related booking forecast for SEA Cluster. Participate in strategic project pursue with cluster PA General Industry sales team and provide guidance in developing winning strategy/action plan. Work closely with SEA Customer Solution team to ensure availability of pre-sales technical/proposal support and post sales project/engineering activities. Work closely with local/regional marketing team to ensure appropriate/relevant marketing activities. Identifying market potentials for PA General Industry Segment in Country Identify training needs/organizational development plan and develop/implement appropriate action plan for cluster General Industry Segment sales team Profile: Degree/Technical Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related automation field. 4 ~ 6 year experience in the field of Process Automation with priority in control system level (DCS/PLC) area. Knowledge in automated process valve and field instrumentation will be added advantage. Knowledge and experience in Process Automation industry and their respective market/customer characteristics Sales management experience with proven leadership track record Excellent Sales track record. Multi-geography multi-culture experience preferred Strong business development and solutions sales capability/experience Strong sales Instincts and business/strategic mindset. Strong technical skill and ability to perform technical presentations. English language proficient. Good written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skill. Willing to travel regularly within Country.
Master Job Profile Summary of job contents Handling enquiry from phone and walk-in customer, follow up quotation division 01 & 20 and telemarketing to support campaign. Key accountabilities Top priority, pick up the incoming call. Use SFA as communication tools and media with customer and sales. Follow up all open quotation in division 01 and 20. Telemarketing to the customer based on instruction from Marketing Communication and Business Development. Handle walk-in customer and cash sales transaction. Checking and follow up pending DO and Open Order for all division until order invoiced. Support retur process, requested by the sales until the goods is returned to Logistic. Update customer/ contact person data in SFA. Resend quotation and sending technical documentation via email or fax to the requestor. Skills: Language Skills: English, Bahasa Indonesia, German (as asset). Computer Skills: SAP (SD Module, PS Module). SFA SPIMS+ Cross Reference Tools Microsoft (Outlook, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS Powerpoint).
Job profile Name : On Site Service Engineer a. Summary of Job Contents Technical on site-Service on Festo components and systems at customers site. b. Key Responbilities On-site failure identification, root cause analysis, identification of suitable measures, fault clearance, implementation of improvement measures on Festo components and systems (focus technologies are defined base on sales strategies) Handling of “Service only” projects including quotation and execution. Also handle locally customer consigned assembly project execution. Planning, documentation and reporting of on-site services (including spare parts) Start request for technical support or escalation if problem solving not possible Find and implement solutions, when a close communication with specialist departments at Festo for problem solving is necessary Commissioning, programming, dimensioning of Festo components and systems Decides self dependently about suggestions of suitable solutions for problem solving at customers site
