Responsibility : 1. Build and maintain good-relationship with potential customers and Healthcare Community (such as Hospital, Hospital Association, Doctor Association, Ministry of Health, BPJS, Insurance etc.)2. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN The Objectives of the job are : To provide better support to PT. Fujitsu Indonesia’s IT end users and enhance IT/IS systems performance and security whilst optimize IT budget to improve business agility. A. Principal Responsibilities : Ensure the stable operation of our Windows server infrastructure including file and print services, GPOs, Terminal Services and licensing. The candidate must have Active Directory support experience and a strong general Microsoft application support background. Upgrade and install new hardware and software and components as needed. Schedule installations and upgrades and maintain them in accordance with IT policies and procedures Perform application and server tuning, backup, Disaster Recovery and support across production and pre-production environments in multiple physical locations Provision server storage following industry best practices and monitor storage performance Act as the liaison to the HelpDesk Support to resolve any PC, application or client-related issues that require escalation Work with automated monitoring system such as Sophos FW to ensure performance Manage security and Operating System patch management level on servers Perform basic day-to-day maintenance and up-keep of IT Infra environment Develop and maintain documentation including server build docs, configuration standards and infrastructure architecture Provide regular status reports on tasks accomplished, current issues and progress toward goals. Maintain up-to-date documentation of system design, operation and procedure manuals Leverage the use of workflow ticketing systems Work closely with other members of Information Technology Department to assist with project implementations and other tasks as requested Participate in rotating on-call coverage or emergency response as needed Experience with virtualization technologies such as HA, DRS, VMotion, resource pools, snapshots, SRM and all VMware best practices is preferred B. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Key Role: Develop and drive the channel business in Indonesia. Responsibilities 1) Manage Fujitsu channel product portfolio in Indonesiaa. Provide reports and feedback on lifebook markets and opportunities in ID channelb. Provide feedback and proposal of suitable lifebook products in ID to drive lifebook channelbusinessc. Provide benchmark, competitive analysis and vertical market research on lifebook in IDchannels 2) Develop and drive the channel business in Indonesiaa. Work with FID channel partners to drive lifebook products sell-in into channels.b. Work with FID channel partners on activities to drive sell-through and sell-out of thechannel networks.c. Weekly report on the partner SOH (Stock on Hand) as well as channel inventory.d. Use allocated marketing funds on channel programs to maximize ROI.e.
