DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Key Role: Develop and drive the channel business in Indonesia. Responsibilities 1) Manage Fujitsu channel product portfolio in Indonesiaa. Provide reports and feedback on lifebook markets and opportunities in ID channelb. Provide feedback and proposal of suitable lifebook products in ID to drive lifebook channelbusinessc. Provide benchmark, competitive analysis and vertical market research on lifebook in IDchannels 2) Develop and drive the channel business in Indonesiaa. Work with FID channel partners to drive lifebook products sell-in into channels.b. Work with FID channel partners on activities to drive sell-through and sell-out of thechannel networks.c. Weekly report on the partner SOH (Stock on Hand) as well as channel inventory.d. Use allocated marketing funds on channel programs to maximize ROI.e. Ensure pre-approved marketing activities are executed in line with funds usageguidelines and compliance.f. Support channel in bids for projects and tenders. Ensure compliance of products totender and project requirements. Manage channel conflicts using Fujitsu channelmanagement tools to enhance opportunity for award and delivery of Fujitsu lifebookproducts. 3) Support to FID sales, channel partners and Customers.a. Training1. Conduct at least half-yearly training on Fujitsu lifebook products to channel partners.2. Communicate updates on product roadmap, marketing materials and other productrelated activities to partners and customers.b. Project and Tender support1. Support sales and partners in tender bids, project requirement compliance andproduct configurations and pricing.2. Submit SPR (special price request) form for price escalation.3. Visit customers channel partners to provide product updates4. Work with RHQ or FPCA to ensure bids documents are properly filled up.5. Work with RHQ and FPCA on monthly pricing TPs to issue Price LIST to partners.c. Marketing Support1. Work with RHQ and FPCA to provide marketing support to Channel Partners2. Ensure marketing activities comply with RHQ/FPCA approved plans and third partyfunding requirements.3. Required skill(s): Lifebook At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available. Must fluet in english

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Develop potential business opportunities in BUMN/FSI sector and implement the agreed annual sales strategic plan from superior in order to achieve the agreed sales target Penetrate, build, and maintain relationship with assigned accounts in BUMN/FSI sector by developing an effective communication with internal related departments and customers in order to achieve the agreed sales target Determine the right partner to be supported, maintain good relationship, and build well coordination with the selected partners in order to achieve the agreed sales target Follow up the prospective accounts (and end-customers / corporate users) in BUMN/FSI sector with the selected partners in order to win the projects, to assure the ongoing projects are running smoothly, & to achieve the agreed sales target Build & lead an effective solution team to prepare a good presentation to the prospective accounts in BUMN /FSI sector industry to convince and meet customer’s requirements in order to achieve the agreed sales target & increase customer satisfaction The objectives of the job are: Have/handled customer account based at State Owned Enterprise (BUMN)/FSI Segment Working Condition: 70% out of office to penetrate in to customer site to find out more solution that we can deliver 30% in office Working Relationship: Internal: Product management department Presales department Partner management department Logistic department Marketing and communication department Finance & accounting department External: Partner Distributor Resellers Customers (end users) Purpose: To obtain pricing and competitive information To obtain presales support especially in technical area To give feedback on partners performance / issues, as well as getting support on partner readiness and competencies in projects Close relationship to shipment schedule Close relationship in planning lead generation activities, budgeting, etc Close relationship for credit limit and shipment procedure Purpose: Close relationship in order to penetrate, win and maintain accounts Close relationship to support project Close relationship in order to penetrate, win and maintain accounts Close relationship to win customers’ mind-share Requirements: Education minimum S1- computer, economic Experience minimum 4-5 years As an account manager in principal is preferable Having a deep knowledge in server, storage, cloud computing and application system Skills: Account management knowledge Having a business network in BUMN/FSI Having an account based in BUMN/FSI
