Lingkungan kerja di dalam perusahaan ini menurut saya sudah cukup mendukung karyawan untuk bekerja dengan maksimal. Selain itu, perusahaan juga memberikan kenaikan gaji setiap tahunnya. THR dan juga tunjangan-tunjangan lain juga diberikan.

Cons

Tekanan kerja di dalam keseharian cukup tinggi. Dengan beban pekerjaan yang banyak, karyawan dituntut untuk bekerja dengan cepat dan maksimal.
