DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Implement the HSE Management System on daily work activities. Implement and making sure the HSE Procedur is according to standard. Developing current Company HSE Program to new / updated materials, foundings, researchs, and systems. Making sure HSE Target is achieved and according to standard. Updating the HSE Policy and Procedure based on findings in the field / case study and by other materials. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least having Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental / Health / Safety Engineering or equivalent. Must be having these certificates: AK3U First Aid Fire Fighting Scaffolding K3 Migas Required languages: English Bahasa Indonesia At least 5 years of working experience in Oil / Gas industry. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent. Contract position available.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Scope of work : 1. Lead, direct and support all aspects of metallurgical laboratory. 2. Develop and manage metallurgical operations and work practices that maximize operational efficiencies. 3. Evaluate current and potential processing methods. 4. Monitor and analyze metallurgical performance of process operations and recommend corrective actions. 5. Manage metallurgical and chemical engineering activities working with internal company team, consultants, and clients. 6. Create and distribute monthly metallurgical and engineering reports. 7. Maintain a safe and efficient work environtment. Job requirements : 1. Bachelor degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the reputable university. 2. 15 years Metallurgical experience esp. in Extractive Metallurgical Technology and Operation. 3. Strong computer skill. 4. Good command in English. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 6. Strong mentoring, training and coaching to junior colleagues.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Assist Finance Manager in Account Payable (entry data Invoice to AP Module) Prepare payment to Suppliers Communicate with supplier for handling the invoice that has overdue Communicate with purchasing team/othersDept for any matters of invoice from suppliers Maintain & records staff claims Follow up and keep records on WHT art 15 from client Maintain bank records and update every month by doing bank reconciliation Other task/duties assign by Finance Manager for day to day activities Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degreein Accounting Minimum 3 year(s) of working experiences in Finance & Accounting Background knowledge of Finance & Accounting preferred Familiar & Fast learner with Accounting programs Highly Responsibility, Trustworthy, Good Communication skill, willing to work hard, Good team work, and ability to work under pressure.
