Immediate reporting of any damage to furniture, fitting and equipment. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN 1. Plan, Coordinate and supervise the operation of the Housekeeping Department 2. Establish training program (OJT) 3. Purchase housekeeping items and control stock level 4. Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff. 5. Prepare annual housekeeping operation equipment budget 6. Work with Engineering Dept to ensure smooth flow of repair works. 7. Asst to coordinate with Engineering Department, contractors and administer the product, process & procurement on renovation / upgrade plan. 8. Oversee landscape, pest control, cleaning and laundry contractors 9. Attends staff meetings to discuss company policies and patrons' complaints. 10. Assist in Housekeeping audit and annual budgeting 11. Screens job applicants, hires new employees, and recommends promotions, transfers, and dismissals. 12. Assumes other duties or responsibilities as assigned. 13. To perform the role of Manger on Duty as assigned.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Position Summary: The Purchasing Executive compiles information and records to draw up purchase orders for procurement of materials and services. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least relevant degree At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Good verbal and written English, Excellent interpersonal skills, able to organize and co-ordinate in a systematic manner. Self motivated, Able to function independently. Competent in PC software. Have strong integrity and honesty Possess good problem solving skills Able to join soon is preferable Responsibilities: Adhere to the companies purchasing policy and strategies Calculates costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts. Performs buying duties. Maintains knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors. Responds to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations. Determines if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary. Prepares invitation-of-bid form, and mail forms to supplier firms or distribute forms for public posting. Locates suppliers, using sources such as catalogues and the Internet and gathers information about products to be ordered. Compares prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. Contacts suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems. Prepares, maintains, and reviews purchasing files, reports and price lists. Checks shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and goods meet specifications. Prepares purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests. Compares suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders in order to verify accuracy. Reviews requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications. Tracks the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders. Plans, directs, or coordinates the activities of buyers, purchasing officers, and related workers involved in purchasing materials, products, and services.
