Melaksanakan kegiatan pemeliharaan atas aset-aset perusahaan di outlet dan menangani / mengajukan kegiatan perbaikan maupun pengajuan pengadaan barang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku (lampiran SOP – Pengajuan Perbaikan) (lampiran SOP – Pengajuan Pengadaan Barang) Merancang dan menentukan strategi dalam pencapaian target penjualan serta menganalisa dan mengontrol pelaksanaannya sesuai dengan ketentuan. Merumuskan pencegahan dan melakukan penanganan awal atas kejadian-kejadian insidentil yang terjadi di outlet sesuai dengan ketentuan. Menjalin hubungan baik dan relasi dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait sehubungan dengan operasional outlet sesuai ketentuan. Mengawasi dan memberikan otorisasi atas fasilitas diskon yang diberikan kepada pelanggan maupun pihak ke-tiga sesuai ketentuan. Mengawasi dan memberikan otorisasi atas pemberian dan penerimaan fasilitas / barang-barang promosi kepada pelanggan maupun pihak ketiga sesuai ketentuan. Melakukan pengecekan atas barang yang diterima dan penerimaan barang via program sesuai dengan ketentuan. Melakukan pengecekan dan membuat laporan atas hasil penjualan pada shift kerja yang ditangani serta menyimpan pada media penyimpanan yang ditentukan. Memeriksa daftar rilis lagu baru dan melakukan prosedur pemasukan data lagu ke server outlet serta pengecekan data lagu yang ada sesuai ketentuan. (lampiran SOP – Prosedur Pemasukkan Data Lagu). Memberikan memberikan penilaian atas kinerja staff dan karyawan operasional di outlet serta evaluasi dan laporan kepada atasan yang terkait.
