              Perusahaan memberikan bonus penilaian kerja setiap 6 bulan sekali. Disini juga ada THR 60% GP pada hari natai dan untuk lebaran 2 kali THR.
              Manajer yang ada jarang memberikan arahan secara langsung kepada bawahannya. Selain itu, pembagian job desc juga masih kurang jelas dan kurang mendukung.
              Kesempatan untuk belajar di perusahaan sangat baik sehingga peningkatan kualitas kerja bisa lebih maksimal. Selain itu, cakupan untuk eksplorasi lebih luas.
              Perusahaan menetapkan aturan kerja yang kurang konsisten dan sering berubah-ubah. Selain itu, top manajemen juga jarang melakukan supervisi ke bawah.
