Lebih perhatikan lagi timeline kerja, karena timeline kerja terlalu padat sehingga pekerja pun harus banyak mengambil lembur dan waktu bersama keluarga pun menjadi sedikit.

Perusahaan agar memperhatikan deadline pada proyek-proyek yang harus dikerjakan, karena deadlinenya kadang terlalu cepat sementara SDMnya tidak terlalu mendukung pekerjaan.

Fasilitas kerja maupun tunjangan yang disediakan oleh perusahaan sudah cukup baik dan menunjang kebutuhan-kebutuhan harian pekerja. Perusahaan pun memberikan penilaian yang adil terhadap karyawan.

Cons

Upah lembur tidak ada, sementara proyek banyak dan deadline yang sempit membuat pekerja harus sering-sering mengambil lembur. Sebaiknya timeline kerja dibenahi lagi.
