DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN JOB PURPOSE Controlling document shipments to ensure that are in compliance with customs rules and regulations. The specialist will be responsible for export documentation and data entry for all shipments. The specialist will also assist the shipping manager with daily functions. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY Comply with all applicable HSE laws and regulations, and apply our standards where laws and regulations do not exist or are considered insufficient. Identify and assess health and safety hazards and eliminate or, if not possible, reduce risks to as low as reasonably practicable to prevent incidents. General and Administrative: Responsible for the execution of export-import documentation requirements for overall shipments, which include Letter of Credit shipments, commercial invoices, etc. Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations. Monitor and assist with the daily running processes in the Import and Export department and control, check or assist with issuing of all Import / Export documents. Build strategic, professional and ethical relationships with internal clients and external entities in the industry. Monitor import and export office in such a way that all deadlines can be met. JOB CHALLENGE Plan and implement import/export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements staying cost effective to organisation. Integrate SAP ERP for services optimization and efficiency process. Maintain high level of accuracy concerning customs procedures and avoiding penalties Develop high standards of service quality and professionalism with Optimization of processing time to improve Delivery Performance. QUALIFICATION Hold a Diploma from reputable university. Minimum 5+ years in customer service and logistics environment. Skills and Knowledge Good command in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesia Customs Requirements. Good knowledge on export-import regulation. Familiar with MS office application. Proficient in standard business office software.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Promote Service businesses e.g. Pump Audit, Service contract, recommended spare part, Grundfos Remote Management, and service products; to certain customers as defined. Execute Service sales activities e.g. preparing marketing materials, meeting with customers, visits, seminars, expo, etc. Utilize installed-base data to maintain relationship with customers and further create businesses.
