DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description: In charge of handling Accounting/Finance and GA Checking business trip settlement report Cooperate in reporting all matters related to Accounting, Finance, and GA to Jakarta office Preparing payment budget Maintaining and payment petty cash reimbursement, maintaining record and entry petty cash transaction. Controlling stock of office equipment Coordinating with vendor Hotel reservation Job Requirements : Domiciled in Surabaya Have experience in Accounting / Finance field Bachelor Degree from (Economy or Business Management is preferable) ave Accounting skills (such calculating, maintaining payment petty cash reimbursement, maintaining record) Have good communication skill in English both verbal and written Diligent, hard worker, detail, good personality Having ability in Multitasking job Preferable: Mandarin speaker Japanese speaker Interview will be conducted in Surabaya or via Skype.
