DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Henkel's Supply Chain department is responsible for the flow of goods, from the production of raw materials to the delivery of the product to end-users. The target of the department is to deliver high quality goods to customers at the lowest price possible. To accomplish this, close cooperation with the Sales and Marketing departments is needed to ensure we provide the best solutions and services to our customers. What we offer: Manage daily operation 3rd Party Logistics and Forwarder. Monitor and checking all invoice from forwarder and 3rd Party Logistics External Warehouse. Coordinate incoming good from import with 3rd Party Logistics warehouse team. Coordinate with procurement regarding incoming import material in a timely manner. Follow up on a regular basis of daily operation 3rd Party Logistics External Warehouse and follow up report for compliance with 3rd Party Logistics, Forwarder, and Insurance company Who we are looking for: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Minimum of four (4) years working experience in the same capacity Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP knowledge is an advantage Customer oriented with good communication skills Willing to travel extensively
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Business Controller contact person for the Indonesian teams Support the business teams in reporting, reviewing of actuals, tracking the performance vs budget, latest forecast Execution of finance analysis to help support management decision making process Manage cost and profitability development of business unit: review of pricing strategy, COGS development Business partnering with Henkel's business units and functions management team for controlling related questions Support preparation of financial planning and forecasting Support the Indonesian local & Shared Services Accounting team to ensure closing activities are performed on time (review of actuals, review of provisions, accruals, data validation) Requirements: Master/Diploma in Business Administration/Economics with major in Accounting or Controlling Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in controlling of a multinational company Very good analytical thinking as well as excellent communication and presentation skills in English Highly motivated, team oriented person with experience in working with interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams Knowledge in MS Office and knowledge in SAP would be a plus
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Department Description: Finance Controller responsible to manage local group reporting and statutory reporting for three (3) legal entities on a monthly basis during month end, year-end closing, and during External Auditor Statutory Audit. Job Description: Handle on-time submission of Group Accounting Reporting (TOPAS), ensuring high quality reporting is maintained. Review Accruals, Provisions, GR/IR (Good Receipt/Invoice Receipt) and Balance Sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis to avoid long outstanding Balance Sheet items Supervise all accounting operations including General Accounting (GA), Fixed Asset, and OTC (Order to Cash). Coordinating with shared service centers in Manila. Oversees preparation group reporting package TOPAS with Manila SSC. Ensures adherence to Henkel Corporate Standard for Accounting (CSA) and local requirements. Interface to other functional units with respect to accounting implications. Oversees company governance and local regulatory requirements procedures (e.g. board resolutions, IRAS, ACRA compliance, AGM etc.). Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a must. Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures is a must. Hands on with day-to-day accounting postings, preparation of journal vouchers, and month end closing is a must. Experience with statutory financial statements is a must. Familiar dealing with External Auditors is a must. Proficient with Microsoft Excel skills is a must. Good English Communication skills is a must. Able to work under minimal supervision is a must. Advantage if have CPA/CA/ACCA qualification. Advantage if have experience in tax, cash flow projection, and regulatory requirements. Advantage if familiar with SAP systems. Advantage if familiar working with Shared Service environment. Prefer minimum three (3) years’ experience in accounting and finance, with proven working experience as an Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, Financial Controller or other similar Finance/Accounting roles.
