Karyawan mendapatkan gaji sudah sesuai dengan kerja keras. Tidak hanya itu, jam kerja yang ada di sini sama seperti bank.

Cons

Bonusnya tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, selain jumlahnya sedikit perhitungannya tidak akurat sehingga karyawan kurang puas dengan bonus yang diterima.

Lingkungan kerja sangat bersahabat pada karyawan baru, karena karyawan di sini memiliki nilai toleransi yang cukup tinggi untuk menghargai banyak perbedaan.

Cons

Perusahaan lebih senang menggunakan jasa outsourcing sehingga karyawan tidak memiliki harapan untuk mendapatkan jenjang karir yang menjanjikan untuk masa depan cemerlang.
