DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Purpose Provide administrative support including payment control (leasing subsidize program), typing services, document filing, and preparation of reports within the scope of marketing activities. Responsibilities Records incoming bill from business partners (financing company), checking the completeness of billing documents, and proceed proper bill to payments process through Finance and Accounting aiming at ensure the bill and payment is recorded well and appropriate. Coordinate with financing companies in order to collect the data of non performing loan (NPL) and leasing rate. Coordinate with dealers to follow up and collect SPK data from gathering, local launching, and other dealer’s event ; monitor its realization in order to get the data on percentage of SPK against approved credit application. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Role : Contribute to the Company's growth by supporting Hino's Dealers to achieve their sales target Ensure good communications between PT. Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (HMSI) and Dealers Do Market data analysis, monitor & support sales progress, monitor & give advice to dealer rundown, accomodate dealers needs, sales activity Do Frequent visit to Dealers and Customers, Communicate with Dealer Owner, Sales Manager, and Salesman about market situation & challenges, understanding dealers problem to find the solution Responsible to represent the situation about market, dealer condition to HMSI Management Develop Sales reporting Our expectations : Holds Bachelor's Degree in any major, but candidates with educational background in engineering is preferable. Has at least 3 year(s) of working experience in automotive sales especially in ATPM. Good understanding in Commercial Vehicle (Truck and Bus) is preferable. Positioning & Competitive Analysis Knowledge Good on Macro & Micro economy analysis 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
