Manages the system, policy and procedures for employee & industrial relation throughout the company. Develop and conduct HR processes include organization development, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits. Planning all necessary actions in order to solve problems that may arise in the field of HR arrive at working solution. Defines & follow up training strategy for business improvement. Understand safety, 5R and other GA things   Requirements:   Maximum age 45 years old. University graduate from Management, Psychology or Law Minimum 5 years experience as HRD & GA Supervisor preferred at manufacture industry Good skill about training, industrial relation, job evaluation, recruitment, payroll and general affairs Strong leadership, good strategic and analytical thinking Strong relation with middle to high level business Strong in business motivation and able to work independently Fluent in English (oral & written) Willing to be placed in Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur Able to join immediately   Only shortlisted candidate will be contacted
