DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN This position main job purpose is to ensure improvement coal hauling road, and other road at TCM-BEK area are implement, by planning, coordinating and evaluating road improvement team and contractor. Successful candidate's future job responsibilities will be : Provide monthly and weekly work schedule and work plan. Ensure the availability of design, work method and technical specification in improvement of coal hauling road Ensure the availability of data coal hauling road improvement activity Ensure operation of heavy equipment by contractor fulfill contractual agreement and operating procedure Ensure the availability of material required on road improvement activity, including its report Candidate must posses below qualification in order to meet our criteria : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN This position main job purpose is to provide AMD management plan of yearly & quarterly plan of each pit to support AMD management control by generating AMD management plan each pit, environmental impact control plan, monitoring working area & contractors activities, up dating data monitoring AMD management working progress, collect all data & information AMD management plan of yearly & quarterly plan of each pit to mine plan server The position main job responsibilities are : Drafting mine pit design and doing the pit calculation Update the topography, cross-section and fleet station location Provide AMD monthy production report To enable candidate achieve the main job purpose and main job responsibilities, candiadte must have : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Geology/Geophysics or equivalent. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Main Job Purpose : to ensure the payment of approved payment request based on the amount and time by make the payment schedule, reconcile the bank statement, conduct administrative activities and file the payment document as per company system and procedure. Position Job Responsibilities : Conduct payment according to established payment procedure and approve amount. Provide the payment notification to the suppliers and ensuring the suppliers receive the notification from the bank system. Daily generating cash/bank balance report and administering documents related to payment Monitoring and Prepare the daily bank balance and reported to Senior Finance Officer at every Friday Maximize utilization of e banking (Citidirect, STS and klik BCA) by uploading from Oracle Coordinating and follow up internally (with invoice control) for the payment asked by the suppliers or the users for the acknowledgement of the invoice Ensuring all out going payments was successfully executed without rejection by daily check balance and any rejections must be reported and corrected immediately Ensure the availability of Finance Disbursement work system and work based on the Treasury standard operating procedure. To be ready at anytime to back up other cash disbursement and perform any payments for all companies when is necessary Candidate Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
