    Sistem kontrak per tahun pertama dan tahun kedua. Perlu bekerja 2 tahun agar dapat posisi karyawan tetap. Karyawan kontrak tahun pertama tidak berhak dapat bonus.
    Advice to Management
    Perlu menjadi karyawan tetap agar dapat menikmati bonus secara penuh. Perusahaan selalu mengikuti aturan pemerintah terkait BPJS dan pajak. Pembayaran BPJS dan Pajak dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Karyawan tidak usah repot mengurusnya.
