Ada bonus akhir tahun 1x GP. Ada asuransi kesehatan swasta, namun jumlahnya tidak besar. Ada bonus project, jika project lancar, dibayarkan 3 bulan sekali.

Cons

Sistem kontrak per tahun pertama dan tahun kedua. Perlu bekerja 2 tahun agar dapat posisi karyawan tetap. Karyawan kontrak tahun pertama tidak berhak dapat bonus.

Advice to Management

Perlu menjadi karyawan tetap agar dapat menikmati bonus secara penuh. Perusahaan selalu mengikuti aturan pemerintah terkait BPJS dan pajak. Pembayaran BPJS dan Pajak dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Karyawan tidak usah repot mengurusnya.

Perusahaan memiliki budaya kerja yang menarik. Atasan terasa seperti mentor dan teman. Sembari mengajar orang-orang baru yang masih belum ahli dalam komputer dan sambil hang out bersama. Tempat yang seru untuk belajar dan bermain.

Cons

Karyawan baru tidak mendapatkan bonus untuk 2 tahun pertama. Meskipun hal ini juga diterapkan di perusahaan lain, tapi ada baiknya tetap memberi mereka apresiasi dalam bentuk bonus. Supaya mereka tidak kabur ke perusahaan lain.

Perusahaan berkembang yang cocok untuk murid magang karena disediakan training untuk kita. Karyawan baru juga di-encouraged untuk bertanya kepada senior kalau tidak mengerti.

Cons

Perusahaan masih kecil dan pekerjaan yang tersedia terlalu repetitif. Kemungkinan karena sebagai murid magang, tidak diberikan pekerjaan dan tanggung jawab yang bervariasi. Manajemen bisa berusaha untuk memasukkan murid magang ke dalam projek yang real.
