Kerja sama tim yang cukup solid. Komunikasi antar karyawan yang berbeda divisi sekali pun terjalin dengan baik. Tidak ada politik di dalam perusahaan. Ada iuran sampah yang dikelola bersama dan laba dibagi rata untuk bersama. Jika mengajukan cuti, prosesnya tidak ribet.

Cons

Gaji pokok dan tunjangan kesehatan yang disediakan kantor masih kurang kompetitif. Untuk jangka panjangnya juga, jenjang karirnya masih kurang menjanjikan. HRD yang kurang kompeten di bidangnya.
