    Job Responsibility : Plan, develop and implement strategy, procedures and processes for Human Resources management and development. Conducts and facilitates for annual performance appraisal. Arrange Expatriate’s administration and documentation such as visa, working permit and any other expatriate formalities needed to comply with company and/or government regulations. Handling and managing company documents and licenses, making contracts, reviewing, and managing contracts. Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent. At least 1 years of working experience as HRGA Supervisor Good understanding about labor regulation and Labor Law, Payroll, Legal, and GA Stuffs. Having good communication, negotiation, and counseling skills. Have knowledge in operations based on human resource management issues and preparations of reports. Have excellent skills in analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, planning and organization. Good leadership and interpersonal skills. Honest, responsibility highly disciplined and well organized. Result oriented, service oriented, strategic thinker and team player. Familiar with Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point). Fluent in both spoken and written English. Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan.
