Good understanding of FMS product offering and how best to apply products in respect of solutions required to prospective customers. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients that are consistent with company pricing and guidelines. Solve client service delivery issues and maximize customer satisfaction.Disciplines in sales activities and time management in order to achieve sales targets. Undertake and duties assigned from time to time. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field. (Majoring from IT and Electronic are preferable) At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position fresh graduated are welcome to apply. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Have good communication and good looking. Have experienced as Sales Engineer would be advantage. Job Responsibility : Plan, develop and implement strategy, procedures and processes for Human Resources management and development. Conducts and facilitates for annual performance appraisal. Ensures all activities meet with company requirements, all processes and documents are in line with Company & Indonesian government Policy and Procedures. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Ensure Company Report regarding Employees to BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Tax Office (ppH21), or other Indonesian Government Departments are performs in compliance with government regulation. Ensures all activities meet with company requirements, all processes and documents are in line with Company & Indonesian government Policy and Procedures. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Arrange Expatriate’s administration and documentation such as visa, working permit and any other expatriate formalities needed to comply with company and/or government regulations. Handling and managing company documents and licenses, making contracts, reviewing, and managing contracts. Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent. At least 1 years of working experience as HRGA Supervisor Good understanding about labor regulation and Labor Law, Payroll, Legal, and GA Stuffs. Having good communication, negotiation, and counseling skills. Have knowledge in operations based on human resource management issues and preparations of reports. Have excellent skills in analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, planning and organization. Good leadership and interpersonal skills. Honest, responsibility highly disciplined and well organized. Result oriented, service oriented, strategic thinker and team player. Familiar with Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point). Fluent in both spoken and written English. Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan.
