Minimum five (5) years’ work experience, with at least two (2) years’ working as QA/QC Engineer or QA/QC Lead or in similar position in power/energy, or petrochemical, and oil and gas plant project, or Worked and completed at least one (1) power plant project, preferably but not necessarily PLN project, Familiar with ASTM, ASME, ANSI, API, SSPC, NACE, SNI, and other related standards for mechanical and piping or painting and insulation materials, equipment/plants and works, Able to identify and with knowledge of functions of normally used test equipment and devices for testing of mechanical and piping or painting and insulation materials, equipment/plants, specialty items and test on in-process and completed construction/installation works. Understands, able to analyze and interpret mechanical and piping or painting and insulation applicable technical specifications, standards, drawings, method of works and construction schedule, Familiar with equipment and devices used in the conduct of laboratory and field testing works of mechanical and piping or painting and insulation materials and consumables and mechanical and piping or painting and insulation and on equipment/plants, specialty items and on in-process and completed construction/installation works.
