DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN JOB DESCRIPTIONS As the Customer Solution Officer this role is responsible to support sales division in order to improve company sales. Help customer to understand and analyze their problem, working with a solutions architect to define the optimal solution, managing the solution through development and implementation, and engage all the business operation process including Sales, Marketing and support. The Customer Solution Officer will help ensure that engagements run consistently, smoothly, and focus on accelerating business value to our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES Establish a proposal/ presentation for customerYou need to gather information related to customer briefs and coordinating with all related positions to compile information that you need and then use your creative idea to establish a proposal/ presentation according to customer briefs. Provide a creative content concept for company channels (quiz, sponsor, event, etc)Sucesfully demonstrated solution design with multiple teams and stakeholders REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Communication/ Advertising/Media are preferred. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in broadcast or production house Able to work fast and under pressure. Also good in communication and presentation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to participate in customer workshops, and to translate the project requirements to internal teams. Also strong in analytical thinking, creativity and critical thinking Strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), business applications and automation.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN The Manager of Strategy & Business Development will help expand one of the bigest digital out of home company in Indonesia and help solving complex problems at the intersection of media and digital technology. This position required someone dinamic, have the ability to think fresh and able to implementing ideas into action. Responsibilities: Work with our senior executive leadership to define, launch, and drive both strategic and operational initiatives, from idea generating, screening, concept development, business analysis, and providing Proof of Concept (POC) to increase our business competitiveness in out of home media industries. Structure and execute strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses (including feasibibility study) and developing final recommendations. Create synergy with cross-functional teams to get work done by demonstrating personal conviction and tenacity to influence in complex and ambiguous environments at senior levels and across the organization to drive results. Qualifications: Business Management degree or equivalent 8+ years of experience at a media industry or equivalent corporate strategy experience in a line role for high growth media or any digital agency (any start up technology are welcome); Experience in media, digital marketing or technology; Must have significant experience building complex business models, identifying partners, structuring and quantifying complex, non-standard contract structures with a proven track record of negotiation and execution. Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Superior ability to present to executives and communicate with highly technical management team.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN JOB DESCRIPTION Airport and Outdoor General Manager working with our Operations team (Sales, Marketing, Technical & Operation etc) managing the airline segment In Airport Out of Home customer and Outdoor facing marketing collateral and assets. Will have responsibility for the accurate and timely execution of all creative assets against creative strategies. Extensive collaboration with key internal stakeholders in CCO, Marketing, Compliance, Legal and Partnership. RESPONSIBILITES Overall management of the execution of In Airport Out of Home & Outdoor in line with creative strategies; Partner with our Operations team (Sales, Marketing, Technical & Operation) to make optimal In Airport & Outdoor placement selections and the appropriate variation of creative assets based on those placements; Ensure all partner integrations are transitioned properly and successfully in communication with our Operations team (Sales, Marketing and Technology & Operation) for the quickest turnaround possible; Interaction with airline & outdoor partner contacts on creative approvals. Enforcement of set timelines to ensure timely and accurate execution of materials; Fully responsible for creation, approval and execution of all In Airport & Outdoor marketing creative assets, as well as digital response channel assets in a timely, compliant and accurate manner. Key contributor to the growth of the airline & outdoor segment; Maintain an relationships pipeline, prioritize leads and clearly communicate status to management. REQUIREMENTS 8+ years general advertising/marketing and Out of Home business experience required; Bachelor’s degree (Civil Engineering Preferred) or equivalent experience is required; Proficiency in ad world and/ or Out Of Home (DOOH) Advertising strongly preferred; Ability to multi-task and work well with vendors, partners, other Ad Company colleagues. (Legal, Mktg Ops); Knowledge of and strong contacts in the spot owner world especially in Airport & Outdoor; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – work prioritization, planning and collaboration with peers in a cross-functional setting; Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to identify trends and use data to back up recommendations; High energy personality with superior time management skills; Ability to travel occasionally, as required.
