    Karyawan mendapatkan tunjangan transportasi dan komunikasi untuk menunjang kinerja karyawan. BPJS kesehatan dan ketenagakerjaan diberikan dengan cukup baik oleh perusahaan.
    Cons
    Adanya prorate pada kinerja karyawan yang kurang. Tidak hanya itu, turn ove karyawan di perusahaan cukup tinggi sehingga sulit mengembangkan karir.
