    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Our client needs a Branch Officer for its Branch in Batam, Jambi, Palembang, Medan. Branch Officer is extended arms of HR & GA Head Office and it is also considered as a Business partner to Branch Manager and Branch Controller who will responsible all the management support function such as Logistic, General Affairs,  Human Capital Development and Poeple related.   Qualification: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field. • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in General Affairs and Human Resources. • 3 persons • Full-Time and Contract position(s) available. • Age 28 – 40 Job Desc: • Building Management • Handle Branch Operational (Driver, Security, OB etc) • Office Supply • Utilities Maintenance

    Pegawai yang bekerja di dalam perusahaan ini sudah cukup baik dan kooperatif. Selain itu, mereka juga sudah cukup akrab. Kekeluargaan begitu terasa. Gaji dan tunjangan yang diberikan perusahaan juga sudah lumayan.
    Cons
    Sistem kerja di dalam perusahaan menurut saya masih harus lebih profesional dan ditingkatkan kembali. Selain itu, beberapa peraturan yang dikeluarkan perusahaan perlu dimantapkan lagi.
