    Responsibilities: Able to create and prepare the Standard Operations Procedure for each division as well as the implementation Conduct audits in accordance with the direction of the Superior Ensure compliance with the standards and laws - national and international law (such as patient confidentiality requirements) Fostering awareness at all times of the context of business and profits for the company Approve standards for the company and actively recognize the standards that need to be developed or changed Confirms that the procedures relating to operational staff Create and maintain control and documentation Analyze training needs related to quality Compile and analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters Working closely with all managers and staffs, especially for areas such as design and operational services In unity with the all managers, ensure employment and procedures are well understood, implemented and reviewed if necessary change Making technical and management reporting system Brings together staff from different backgrounds and directs the planning, formulation and quality procedures are approved Ensuring the commitment of line managers and supervisors to quality goals and solutions Methods of working to create a system that can be done by all staff Persuasions that are sometimes made to the staff who are experienced and static to change the way they work with a quality method Serves as the primary contact with the customer and the auditor is responsible for ensuring execution of corrective action and ongoing agreement in accordance with customer specifications Help senior managers to build and periodic evaluations to standardized service to a client or customer Prepare a clear explanation for customer complaints Monitor performance through gathering relevant data and create statistical reports Requirements: Having previous experience in Third Party Administration (TPA) Industry and or Medical Insurance Company at least one year is a must Maximum 40 years old Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University Understand on the TPA process Communicative and able to make instant decision Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel format Proficiency in Englishin both oral and written Having good analytical skills Good understanding on creating SOP as well as the implementation Knowing how to produce report in many format Willing to work both independently or as part of a team with tight dateline   If you feel that you can meet the qualification and up for the challenge, please send your complete resume and current color photograph by clicking button bellow

    Waktu kerja di dalam perusahaan ini menurut saya sudah cukup fleksibel. Selain itu, perusahaan juga sudah cukup memiliki sistem manajemen yang cukup baik.
    Cons
    Gaji yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawannya menurut saya masih kurang kompetitif jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan lain yang bergerak dibidang sejenis. Selain itu, peningkatan gaji juga dirasa perlu dilakukan.
