Kesempatan bergabung dengan perusahaan ini terbuka untuk semua orang tanpa pandang beda adat, ras, latar belakang dan lain-lain. Staff juga tidak perlu mengeluarkan uang sendiri untuk keperluan bisnis perusahaan.

Cons

Tidak perlu mengeluarkan uang pribadi namun proses reimburse nya memakan waktu. Susah untuk diupgradde menjadi karyawan tetap karena mesti mendapat approval dari HQ yang berada di luar negeri.

Anak perusahaan nya IBM Indonesia tetapi tekanan kerja nya tidak setinggi IBM Indonesia. Kesempatan belajar nya juga sama dengan IBMer lainnya. Ada kesempatan untuk berinteraksi dengan komunitas internasional.

Cons

Tidak ada kekurangan yang merugikan kecuali perusahaan terlalu bergantung kepada policy IBM pusat, jadinya kaku. Selenggarakan kegiatan bersama atau gathering guna mempererat hubungan antar karyawan.

Hampir sempurna. Gaji nya besar, fasilitas kantor yang memadai, kesempatan untuk berkembang dan belajar yang banyak, tempat kerja yang enak dan ada kesempatan untuk promosi. Masa depan terjamin cerah.

Cons

Jadwal training nya tidak flexible, suka bentrok dengan jadwal kerja karyawan. Jadinya banyak karyawan yang tidak bisa mengambil pelatihan meskipun mereka mau ikut.
