DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN As a Cost estimators to collect and analyze data in order to estimate the time, money, materials, machine and labor required in valve manufacture or particular industry. Responsible for Cost Accounting process include COGS (HPP) calculating and Financial analyzing to analyze the costs of raw material, labor, electricity, and other to determine the whole business cost. Job Specification : Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis by brand by customer type Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory, liability accounts by customer type by division Ensure timely submission, accuracy and validity of inventory, gross margin schedules to management Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory, liability accounts by customer type by division Work in special projects as required Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories Maintain internal control documentation. Major Accountabilities and Duties : Coordinates product cost process including calculating, reviewing and analyzing machine and labor hours, overhead costs and allocations, production rates, raw material costs and manufacturing process changes. Analyzes actual manufacturing expenses and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. Designs and understands cost flow to determine proper job order costing. Provides management and various departments with detailed reports for use in making business decisions and controlling expenditures. Read blueprints and technical documents in order to prepare estimates Collaborate with engineers, Production,PPIC and Sales & Marketing on estimates Recommend ways to make a product more cost effective or profitable Work with sales team to prepare estimates cost and bids for clients Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance / Technical Industri 3 or more years experience in specific fileds Able to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles & Cost Accounting Standards Able to research, compile, analyze and interpretating data Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products Able to analyze and reconcile complex accounts and reserves Apparel industry background preferred Willing to be located in Rangkas Bitung, Serang, Banten Key competencies : Planning and organizing skills; Attention to detail; Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively and collaborative skills; Strong negotiating skills; Excellent time management; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Good physical health; Ability to motivate others; Ability to work independently under minimal supervision; Self-confidence;
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Manage the implementation of the Quality Control Program across all departments and functions in compliance with ISO 9001 and API Spec Q1 including quality policy, contract review, project execution, document control, process control, procurement, inspection procedures, corrective action plans, and quality system records. Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures Coordinate with operations and engineering to ensure systems, processes and procedures are created and implemented to meet customer expectations for product quality and delivery Ensure compliance with OHSAS regulations Prepare quality documentation and reports using statistical process control methods Maintain and improve product quality by conducting audits; investigating & closing customer complaints; collaborating with other departments to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods, and participating in continuous improvement activities Meet quality assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions and reporting cost of Quality Maintain a working knowledge of government and industry quality control standards. Manage records retention products. Provide mentoring and leadership throughout the organization in order to improve the ownership of total quality across all employees. Job Specification: Minimum Bachelor Degree. Engineering preferred Minimum five years experience as QC in Valve industry and have good understanding about valve type, specification, and characteristics Have a good knowledge in Quality control, Quality Management Systems and procedures. Have Good understanding about TQC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 29001 & API Spec Q1 9th Edition, HSE, calibration technic and procedure and ASM Code Strong analytical to formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives. Strong and have a high knowledge about Supplier Quality Management. Have much experience in quality auditing external and internal. Have a strong experience in a high level of internal and external customer service. Have a knowledge to develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products. Have a critical thinking and problem solving skills, quality orientation and high attention to detail, experience working with high performance teams. Self-motivated, able to work within strict deadlines and in high pressure situations Good leadership skill, analytical thinking, attention to detail English (verbal and written) literate and proficient in Ms. Office Willing to be placed on Rangkasbitung, Serang
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Key Role : Deal and compile all day-to-day reports and documentations which are related with Marketing Division as well as act as liaison to maintain a good relationship with customers. Responsibilities: Compose info memo as requested by Project Marketer (PIC) Conduct follow-up to the related division to complete the tender document and vessel operation Compose report that later will be reviewed and checked by the relevant PIC File and document the report and all related files Input data or inquiry, made a presentation for business purpose Gather information and data to compile a list of potential customers as target marketing Assist Marketing Manager to plan marketing activities regularly (weekly & monthly) Requirements : Minimum Bachelor Degree with major industrial engineering, geological engineering, petroleum engineering or any related major Minimum one year experience in the same field (fresh graduate are welcome) Self-motivated, able to work within strict deadlines and in high pressure situations Good command in English (verbal and written) Customer oriented Able to work independently or in a team
