DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN • Planning and managing sales/marketing strategy of Language solutions department. • Achieve sales target weekly, monthly and yearly of Language solutions department. • Produce regular reports of sales/marketing progress and plan of Language solutions department. • Confer with customers to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders of Language solutions department. • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products of Language solutions department. • Keep records of customer of Language solutions department interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. • Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records of Language solutions department. • Determine charges for Language solutions services requested. • Contact customers of Language solutions department to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments. Requirements: Bachelor degree from Any major (Preferably Bachelor degree from Language/Linguistic, Communication or Economy). At least 2 (two) years experience working as a sales and marketing, preferably in language services, Multilingual project handling, Information Technology or similar. Excellent English proficiency both oral and writing (Fluent in one or more Western European language or East Asian language will be an advantage). Excellent in writing reports and business corespondences. Possess an outgoing personality with a good looking and well groomed appearance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer-literate. Hardworking, creative thinking and love challenge. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description: • Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripheral, service and setting and etc. • Manage change request for installation or patch update software • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server, system and networks • Perform daily backup, ensuring all required file system and system data are successfully backup to appropriate media • Responsible for security and software related to it • Create, change and delete user account per request • Repair and recover from hardware or software failure Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science/Information Technology • Familiar with server and infrastructure field is required for this position • Proficient knowledge of Internet, mail server, firewall and gateaway • Eager to learn and study new technology • Applicants must be willing to work in Yogyakarta • Full Time position available

Reviewing the texts with client’s guidelines and responsible for quality assurance, consistency and terminology management.
