DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description : Conduct sales activities and create good and sustain relationship by visiting customers in accordance with plan and ensure all selling process completed Collect essential information from customer or shop and gather complaint and problem in order to identify solution for solving problem Monitor and provide regular reports to superiors regarding marketing information such as monthly report, coverage pocket share and competitor activities Carry out promotional activities (such as distributing the brochure, cash discount) Maintain and ensure condition of display Requirement : Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Building Material Distributor Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description : Plan and support sales team to achieve sales target as well as ensuring customer satisfactory and complete selling procedure. Provide monthly sales forecast. Proactively establish sustainable relationship with customers, store clerk, consultant, contractor and developer on projects. Oversee and build relationship with potential customers both retail and project in given geographical area. Mentor and coach sales team under his responsibility to have enough knowledge and skill to work. Handle product complaint directly from customers and provide acceptable solution for solving problem Create working harmonious atmosphere with subordinate. Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a manager of sales (Prefer Ceramic & Building Material Distribution) Must be good in English both written and oral. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Willing to travel in each Branch. Full-Time position(s) available.
