DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Your key responsibilities among others are: To ensure all fit-out and looks of stores are built and standardized according to Concept Store Guideline and Company Strategy. To ensure all stores fit-out and looks are maintained and functioned properly as per Concept Store Guideline To deliver the effectiveness and efficiency of project time management To maintain good relationship with 3rd parties (Fit-Out Mall/Dept Store, Contractors, Interior Designers, etc) in order to have competitive rate with high quality materials and on-time project completion. Job Objective: Accomplishes project objectives by planning project activities; evaluating implementation and progress of project to ensure all stores fit-out and looks are built and standardized as per Concept Store Guideline to support effective and efficient retail operational as per Company strategy in order to achieve Company’s goal Duties & Responsibilities: To ensure all fit-out and looks of stores are built and standardized according to Concept Store Guideline and Company Strategy. Create and deliver fit-out strategic plan for opening new/renovated stores and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify resources and assign responsibilities. Manage day to day operational aspects of project Works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s). Working with interior design to come up with the best design layout as per fit-out strategic plan Analyze Bill of Quantity from contractors to get the best offer (effective & efficient) based on the “approved design store” To supervise contractor’s job to be implemented on-time and as per “approved design store” To ensure all stores fit-out and looks are maintained and functioned properly as per Concept Stores Guidelines Actively communicating with store people to check and make sure all store fixture and electrical is maintained and functioned properly. Propose any technical drawing needed by fit-out mall/dept store according to the change requested by internal and/or external. To deliver the effectiveness and efficiency of project time management Coordinate with all related parties to submit on-time their respected duties in order to complete project on time and within the budget range. Submits project status reports to stakeholders for during project and upon completion for evaluation purpose. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately filed To maintain good relationship with 3rd parties (Fit-Out Mall/Dept Store, Contractors, Interior Designers, etc) in order to have competitive rate with high quality materials and on-time project completion Requirement: Share and demonstrate the same core value as the Company Background in Architecture / Civil/Interior Understanding in technical drawing and Advanced Ability in Autocad and 3D software is a must Having knowledge and basic skill in Graphic software ( photoshop, Corel, Adobe Illustrator) Good analyzing and possess good negotiation skill in order to get the best offer (effective & efficient) Having collaborative leadership qualities to works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team Demonstrate positive interpersonal skill due to interact with lots of people Able to work under pressure and tight deadline. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Purpose : Ensure the quality of product based on company standard Monitor and check production process until completed Responsibility : Perform continuous QC inspection / screening for on-hand inventory, incoming shipments, and/or shipments prior to factory exit according to quality standards set by Product team. Review results of QC inspection / screening performed by contract inspection team and direct resolution of product found to be outside of quality standards. Give periodic reports by category, style, vendor of quality audits / inspections to Product Managers Factory assessment Supply quality vendor scorecard to Product team on a quarterly basis. Checking grading spec and conduct Pre Production Meeting with factory. Inline inspection and final inspection Making draft quality assurance policies and procedure Crosscheck detail and technical garment start from proto unitl approval sample Minimum Requirement : Share the same core values as the company Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Working knowledge of industry standard and programs for quality assurance and material testing Working understanding of technical apparel and footwear Familiar with quality control and AQL inspection procedures. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN We are looking for someone who shares the same value as our Company to be our Account Payable Officer. In collaboration with Finance Supervisor, the successful candidate will ensure all transactions related to AP are properly recorded and all payments to be settled based on priority in order to support the company finance strategy. The successful candidate needs to have accounting background and a proven track record as an Account Payable Officer. An attention to detail, result driven and focused with “can do” attitude" is required from the successful candidate, too. Familiar using integrated system and understanding English is preferable. Duties & Responsibilities : Responsible for preparing all of the documentation relating to the Accounts Payable invoice includes accruals and balance sheet and reconciliation to ensure that all documents are properly reported and accounted for and arrange for payment in accordance with the priorities. Conduct documents examination of incoming invoices to ensure documents are accurate and complete. Input journal entries relates to A/P transaction. Update A/P list on daily basis. Communicate with suppliers in relation with billing document completeness to ensure all billings are accurate. Proper filing documents Requirements : Share the same value as the Company Background in accounting with 1-3 years experience as AP Familiar with ERP system will be an asset Possessing collaborative qualities to works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team Demonstrate positive interpersonal skill to interact with lots of people Able to work independently within tight deadline. Having knowledge of Indonesian general tax will be an asset Understanding English is preferable
