DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsilities : Plans concept by studying information and materials. Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, branding, posters, backdrops & color schemes and websites. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Design, develop, and execute all kind creative marketing promotional materials. Responsible for layout adaption, artwork production and output preparation. Follow through project from concept development, artwork design, and production independently, within tight timeline. Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent. Familiar and expert in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Indesign and video editing software. Must have excellent design flair, strong typography and lay-out skills. Understand offset and digital printing process. Good time management and ability to work independently to handle and organize multiple jobs under pressure. Ability to work without supervision and see projects through. Able to work under pressure, tight deadline, and good in managing multi-tasking jobs. Able to work individually and team projects. Exceptional creativity and innovation. Accuracy and attention to detail, good persentation skills, strong portfolio. Full-Time position(s) available.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Responsibilities : Responsible of handling and managing multiple outlets. Responsible for the procurment of food ingredients that are part of the product sales of kitchen. Ensure that any part of the kitchen staff to run the production process at an acceptable cost, hygienic and recommend change if needed. Prepare and update its operational guidelines Food & Beverage Product. Monitoring the effectiveness of the use, quality and storage of raw materials. Monitor and maintain consistency of perfomance standards, quality and taste of the food in each food menu as well as taking corrective action as necessary. Innovative and creative with new ideas for the new food concept, promotions and so on. Assist the development of product specifications for each menu. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to determine the selling price meal policy, taking into account the following matters: Trends, recipes, potential cost, competition, availability food, promotion. Conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) based on the standardization of products and Knowledge Management set. Job Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. Experience in casual dining restaurants, multiple outlets, creative flair with Western & Asian cuisine repertoire fresh foods, salads, sandwiches, etc. Familiar with HACCP. Experience in pre-opening and opening activities. High confidence, mature & strong leadership. Strong organizational, planning skills required, target oriented and able to work in team. Excellent record of kitchen management. Keep up with cooking trends and best practices. Willing to work under pressure. Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Restaurant Management Software, POS). Able to speak English. Full-Time position(s) available.
