DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Main Responsibilities Direct and monitor a variety of accounting activities to ensure that the organization’s financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards. These activities may include accounts payable and receivable; general ledger maintenance; financial analysis and reporting; budgeting, revenue, and asset accounting. Review all financial reports and accounting statements to ensure they have been accurately prepared. Provide technical expertise and advice on complex accounting issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities. Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external consultants and advisors (for example accounting firms) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of accounting professionals to ensure that accounting activities are completed accurately and on time. Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s business processes and play a prominent role in the preparation of various performance measurement reports for the accounting and treasury teams. Coordinate and prepare the budget for all departments. Ensure integrity of financial reporting to protect company assets and maximize profits Ensure all accounts comply with current Indonesian Accounting Policies. Review, recommend and keep current, accounting policies and standard operating procedures Ensure financial reporting delivered is accurate and informative All financial accounting related functions. Deals with all local banks and auditors Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Required skill(s): Tax issue, Finance and Investment Analysis, Accounting And Financial Analysis. Fluent in English, both written and spoken At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Accounting & Tax Manufacture and Distribution company. Applicants must be willing to work in South Jakarta. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Assists Maintenance Manager to maintains systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts; supervising mechanic operator. Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility. Facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments. Job Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Experience maintain mechanical area. Experience handle improve or modification machine. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in engineering mechanical is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Mechanical. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of a team of professionals who purchase goods, materials, supplies, and services that meet the organization’s standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply. Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers, related with order for raw material and supporting production for Quality Control Product Development, Maintenance and Production. Communicate and coordinate actively with forwarder to ensure that import and custom clearance process run smoothly until cargo released and arrived at Factory. Collate complete document (Invoice, P.O, D.O and R.R) needed for payment purpose and submit to Finance and Accounting Dept. Coordinate actively with supplier regarding delivery for order of packaging material. Check and approved supplier evaluation for Raw and Pack Material (overseas supplier) according to company procedure and period. Manage updated Purchasing data at system. Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. Fluent in English At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing, Procurement or related area. Have experience handle purchasing in FMCG Company. Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
