DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN PROCUREMENT COORDINATORReports To: Plant Controller and Site ManagerJob DescriptionThe Procurement Supervisor is responsible for the identification, selection, sourcing, development and management of suppliers supporting our Operations. Working with Industry, Controlling team and other internal stakeholders, the Procurement Supervisor will develop and execute supply strategies for supply categories and in line with objectives agreed with the business.Responsibilities• Business Engagement:o Continuously identify and implement cost saving/containment ideaso Perform all necessary analysis demonstrating ROI on initiatives and sourcing relationships, and present findings to executive managemento Chair/participate on task forces, committees, or team groups related to budgeting, forecasting, operational reviews, etc to gain more intimate knowledge of business operationso Provide information to top management and appropriate personnel on policy issues and corporate programso Develop working relationships with suppliers and internal clientso Introduce new and innovative ideas for goods and serviceso Evaluate economic/industry/operational/market trends to identify opportunity areaso Facilitate Low Cost Country Sourcing opportunities to capture value and conduct analysis of projects that are not implemented for improvemento Ensure interfaces with other areas are optimal (inventory, accounts payable, tax, etc)• Organization:o Develop organizational model to support category management which can leverage supply base and optimally deliver service to stakeholderso Initiate/evaluate research by appropriate personnel to develop/acquire more cost effective procedures, products, or technologieso Formulate strategies and approval goals to achieve plano Forecast short-term and long-term resultso Prioritize plan objectives and evaluate progress/variances to achieve plan objectiveso Manage all aspects of the strategic sourcing of projects consisting of cross functional global and regional teams including strategy development, supply market analysis, RFP creation and analysis, negotiations, contracting and implementation• Tools / Processeso Identify areas where procedural / process related shortcomings can be improved through sound recommendations based on P2P best practiceso Develop Procurement Policies and procedures to reduce / limit risk to the organizationo Identify opportunities to streamline procurement procedures through adoption / development of new solutions to leverage new / existing technologieso Prepare and deliver presentations to recommend/change company policy and to explain a process/obtain approval for corporate expenditures• Vendor Managemento Maintain excellent relationships with current and prospective vendors, conduct due diligence and analysis on prospective vendor relationships, and develop long-term alliances (including participation in purchasing alliances/cooperatives) to ensure adequate and cost effective sourcing of products and serviceso Ensure all contract vendors are providing cost effective value added services; periodically review and evaluate all contractso Manage Key supplier relationships (contracts, review meetings, escalation issues, etc.)o Provide category knowledge and market information to stakeholders for development of longer term strategies for company. This position will be as the leader of all variety of finance and accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the company's financial resources, ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. You will monitor all the reconciled accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules so that the company has a full and accurate statement of its financial position.- Max 40 years old- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from reputable university- Min. 5 years experience in Finance and Accounting area of commodities, agribusiness, manufacturing, or FMCG industries or public accountant with experience in commodities trading clients. - Familiar with Indonesian tax regulation and practices.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Good leadership, strong attention to detail, result oriented, able to work under pressure, honest, has accuracy and speed- Location : Jakarta - Salary (Negotiable)
