DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Position Summary : To achieve Booking, Sales, Gross Profit and Collection as budgeted for all IPD Product groups Responsibilities : To identify and visit potential customers to broaden the customer base and promote the sales products handled in the division in assigned territory. To do the outstation visit as planned to promote all products (IPD) and bring in new customers. To maintain and build relationship as main point of contact with the existing and potential customers in order to secure future business. To achieve annual order received budget for IPD products To follow standard discount and margin regulation To prepare daily Activity & Opportunity in the CRM and to make use the reporting statement to monitor own performance. To prepare quotation based on CRM opportunity in numbering To monitor the competitors’ movement and market situation for reporting in the weekly meeting. To support the execution of order in hand and its collection. To attend the weekly sales meeting arranged by the (Area) Sales Manager or Product Manager. To achieve number of call rate and inquiry level as targeted. Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Position summary : To proactively sell service products (service labor, parts and refurbishment) include repairs of the products. The engineer might be only selling Service Contract as appointed by his manager. He is to communicate effectively with customers and responsible to deliver the service commitment. Form the service reports he is to guide the Customer Service Executive to establish competitive and timely offers to customers. Responsibilities ; The engineer is in charge of a service section and is responsible to the all round performance of the staff in his section. To provide technical expertise to all the products under responsibility and assist the Service Staff in troubleshooting of complex faults. To review and make quality checks on all service works performed by his Service Staff. To make recommendation on customer warranty claims to the Service Manager for approval. Requirements : Minimum D3 in Technical (Electrical/Mechanical) with a specialization in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent Min. 2 years relevant experience in line of bussiness Have knowledge of product material handling ( crane and IPD product ) Have knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint Good communication & interpersonal skills Willing to travel throughout sales territory
