    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing the entire product life cycle / roadmap  from strategic planning to tactical activities Develop a marketing plan Translate marketing plan into tactical programs Develop product life cycle strategic planning / Long Range Plan Ensure brand programs are well delivered Develop & conduct specialized training on products to ensure all team members understand the brand knowledge Undertake regular product training both for new products launch and existing product Manage product performance: sales, margin, and market share Specifying market requirements for current and future product Conducting market research to understand brand / customer’s need JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing or equivalent.
