Position Summary Lead and manage activities of strategy and marketing intelligence team to achieve business target every year toward medium term growth target. Responsibilities Management and execution of strategy and marketing intelligence activities including: Environmental analysis and business intelligence In depth customer understanding Developing competitive strategy, tactics, campaign/programs for required time frame. General management and execution Plan and management of all strategy and marketing intelligence project and annual budget for strategy and marketing team Organization and staff management for member. Establish good communication with Marketing and Sales Department, other related department, Directors and Top managements, Global Marketing and Strategy Network from overseas, YANMAR Japan Business units Skills, Experience and Competencies <Must Have - Essential> Experience and knowledge in strategic marketing activities including strategy development and management, industry structure analysis, demand forecast, competitive analysis, information gathering and developing strategic insight. Experience and knowledge in depth customer understanding activities including customer segmentation and targeting, consumer behaviour, customer’s business/value analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis backed by in depth skill and knowledge in statistical analysis. Other common management skill including design and manage research, analysis, strategy development projects, manage and control outside research agent, management of strategy and marketing intelligence organization, communication and negotiation, coaching and training, documentation and presentation, basic business concept and knowledge, advanced business English(TOEIC 850 or above). <Nice to Have - Desirable> Experience in consumer durables industry and consumer products industry Master degree in Business Administration or Strategy/Marketing Management Using SPSS and other software for statistics analysis Highly advanced user of MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint.
