        Kekeluargaan yang ada di sini cukup tinggi, menyebabkan timbulnya solideritas diantara karyawan dan membangun suasana kerja menjandi nyaman dan tetap kondusif.
        Perjalanan karir ke depan masih menjadi sebuah pertanyaan besar bagi karyawan, karena tidak ada kejelasan dari perusahaan untuk status kepegawaian.
        Terdapat beberapa kategori tunjangan untuk karyawan dari perusahaan ini, seperti halnya tunjangan kesehatan bagi pribadi dan keluarga dan tunjangan jabatan.
        Terlalu banyak pekerjaan yang harus dikerjakan oleh satu orang, itu dikarena adanya hal yang tidak seimbang antara jumlah pekerjaan dan karyawan.
        Linkungan kerja yang bersahabat dan kekeluargaan, atasan dan bawahan seperti tidak ada pembatas sama sekali akan tetapi profesionalitas kerja tetap diutamakan.
        Karyawan kurang diperhatikan kesejahteraannya oleh pihak perusahaan, hal itulah yang menjadi alasan kuat banyak yang memilih keluar dari perusahaan ini.
