Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point) Procedural oriented. Strong analytical and problem solving skill. Good communication and interpersonal skills.     Manajemen yang pasif karena apa-apa harus menunggu instruksi dari kantor pusat di Jerman. Jarang, bahkan hampir tidak ada training. Standar gaji tidak diperlihatkan ke karyawan dan jenjang karir tidak jelas.
