DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities Oversee the administration of the employee welfare plan and remain abreast of regulations to ensure compliance. Manage all benefit vendor relationships to ensure quality of service delivery in overall benefit administration. Develop, design, evaluate and modify benefit policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal, federal and state requirements. Ensure all benefit plans compliance with local, state and federal regulations Partner with outside auditing firm for the annual retirement audit to provide all needed data and analysis. Research and respond to complex questions from employees regarding interpretation of benefit plans including; eligibility, covered services, exclusions and participant responsibility. Oversees benefit enrollment process, including open enrollment meetings, to ensure employees receive accurate information and enrollments are completed timely. Ensures necessary plan documents are in place and government mandated disclosures (ie SPDs, SBCs, SARs, etc) are distributed to employees. Oversees development of informative materials from vendors, ensures availability of adequate materials and in-house communication materials. Design, implement and manage salary classification and compensation programs. Assist with the annual compensation planning cycle including data integrity, report building, HRIS management, data analysis and communications. Assist with the administration of the HRIS system to ensure system and data integrity. Requirements Age Maximum 35 years Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or a related field required Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits Prior experience with HRIS applications preferred, including the HR/Payroll database Knowledge of compensation theories and benefit plan design Experience with self-funded medical plans Have knowledge of applicable employment law Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks Ability to work well under pressure, Strong analytical skills Effective verbal and written communication skills
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Requirements : Age Maximum 35 years Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience at a similar position in shopping centre / retail industries English proficiency, good in speaking and understanding Preferably possessing skill and knowledge in various engineering disciplines Being Computer literate (Words, spread sheet and Visio) Ability to work well under pressure, Strong analytical skills, Leadership skill Being self motivated and energic
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Requirements : Age Maximum 35 years old Bachelor Degree in Architecture Minimum 4 years experience in architectural / interior design, including at least 2 years in retail industry / shopping centre You will be responsible for the execution of projects, starting from identifying requirements, selection of sources, budgeting, controlling and monitoring. Having experience in retail industry is an advantage.
