Duration of contract 12 months Responsibilities Responsible for warehouse routine management, process, operation, development, implementation, team building, coaching staff, safety, 5S, job quality, communication. Control inventory level by conducting regular physical inventory, reconciling with system data. Maintains the physical conditions of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts. Effective communication with relevant departments and coordination to ensure the smooth operations of the warehouse. Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures. Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements. Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions. Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments. Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items. Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements. Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data. Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Familiarity with ERP software

To deal with the instution that relates with logistic essentials. To secure logistic transaction and make sure the time schedule is followed. Duration of contract 12 months Responsibilities Ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound shipment declaration Ensure import documentation process 100% compliance with ISO standard and regulatory requirement from respective statutory authority. Coordinate with freight forwarders on freight/flight bookings, scheduling and tracking ensure that all import orders ship out correctly and on time Provide logistics support to internal department within the organization General administrative duties including data entry and filing. To support and/or lead continuous improvement activities especially in the area of operations and logistics. Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning the transportation route and payload, selecting the mode of transportation, tendering the order for transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all the while targeting cost reduction, freight savings, service and contractual requirements. Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of shipments and to provide reports to project team as required. Manage relationship with Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers to ensure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation. Work with Production Planning to manage inventory levels at multiple project locations.

Duration of contract 12 months Responsibilities Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment and Supplier Performance. Monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance. Sourcing the most affordable materials for the project milestone. Monitoring project stock levels. Preparation for tenders and bids documents with contract engineer. Controlling the purchasing budget. Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time. Ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment. Delivering cost savings for the company. Maintain the procurement supplier relationships for the company. Helping to source alternative items for buyers and customers. Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: To deliver best class contract management services by oversee entire contract design. To implement technical side of the contract such as variation in quantity. To cooperate with project management team in managing contractor progress claim, manage change order. Duration of contract 12 months Responsibilities Conducting reviews and legal aspects assessment of contract award & administration. Preparing and drafting commercial bids and tenders, estimating the costs of a project and ensuring that the costs are controlled. Reviews bids, conduct negotiations and administer the award of contracts and contract amendments and provision of feedback to bidders. Drafts appropriate contractual and commercial terms & conditions to best serve and protect Company’s interests. Reviews and amends standard contract documentation as required. Builds and maintain relationships with suppliers in order to secure positive, constructive and cost effective commercial agreements for the Company. Provides general assistance & advice on contractual & procurement matters as required to support Company’s operations.
