DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN To assist in monitoring network performance of leased lines, Internet and broadband type of connections and take pro-active action in case of any problem To support network and system administration as well as install, implement and upgrade hardware and software applications To assist in maintaining, supporting and enhancing existing IT application systems Responsible for simple reports customization To assist in the preparation of documents, user manual, system installation guides, presentation or conference materials, etc To provide consultation on IT related matters for in-house clients To assist in providing technical advice and assistance to Marquee Group as well as in-house clients, this includes system and network administration and deployment, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, database, etc Requirements: Having minimal experience in 5 years for : - Has intermediate knowledge & experience with Mikrotik - Have technical experience with (Expertise), - Has intermediate IT networking and hardware knowlegde - Logic and analytic skill for troubleshooting PC, Server, Router, etc. - Has knowledge & experience with Internet Service Provider, TeamViewer, Virtual Private Network (VPN), Virtualization (VMware), Mikrotik license, etc. Ready for support & work in tight deadline Have willingness & passion to learn.
