DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN To assist in monitoring network performance of leased lines, Internet and broadband type of connections and take pro-active action in case of any problem To support network and system administration as well as install, implement and upgrade hardware and software applications To assist in maintaining, supporting and enhancing existing IT application systems Responsible for simple reports customization To assist in the preparation of documents, user manual, system installation guides, presentation or conference materials, etc To provide consultation on IT related matters for in-house clients To assist in providing technical advice and assistance to Marquee Group as well as in-house clients, this includes system and network administration and deployment, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, database, etc Requirements: Having minimal experience in 5 years for : - Has intermediate knowledge & experience with Mikrotik - Have technical experience with (Expertise), - Has intermediate IT networking and hardware knowlegde - Logic and analytic skill for troubleshooting PC, Server, Router, etc. - Has knowledge & experience with Internet Service Provider, TeamViewer, Virtual Private Network (VPN), Virtualization (VMware), Mikrotik license, etc. - Have basic knowledge about SEO & and Google Adwords - Have basic knowledge about Programming Language Ready for support & work in tight deadline Have willingness & passion to learn. Ability for fast learning, ready for challenge & strong motivation Have vast knowledge and high passion for researching. Able to work as team Pleasant personality, creative, outgoing person, strong confident and good initiative. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN To handle conference/meeting room booking and prepare the proposal to clients To understand the client’s requirement and ensures that clients are advised and offered effectively To maintain & update all data client contacts and ensure all data clients are well maintained To assist visitors and guests during Event To Coordinate properly all request from the customers such as, Catering arrangement, flowers, stationeries and etc Responsible for conference/meeting’s arrangement and setup of conference layout accordingly Ensure the Operations of Conference run smoothly and problems rectified at the soonest Constantly involved with clients/Customer feed back in order to maintain quality service standard performance Develop the awareness of the Conference Centre from time to time and continually blast email To Report Daily activities and Monthly Conference room report ( from proposal for client to the System) To submit inventory report, purchase stationery, household and supplies for conference Responsible for maintenance of plants, furniture, conference supplies and equipment To invite good vendors to support the F&B Conference and to evaluate the vendors performance consistently Provide administrative and service support to the Banqueting Manager by responding to inquiries for banquet space in a timely and efficient manner Provide follow up in an effort to convert inquiries to confirmed business, and attend to the delivery of clients’ requests of their banquet event Prepare all administration documents required by the Banqueting sales and service team Meet with clients and attend to the details of their events (including weddings; business meetings, small conferences; internal meetings and external meetings, etc) Requirements : Minimum age 30 years old Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) with Hotel & Tourism Background Having minimum 3 years experience in similiar position preferably from 4 or 5 star International Hotel Have acknowledge about banquet product and system Familiar with function room regulation is a must Must have achieved a track record of achieving sales target in current and previous organizations Highly motivated, full initiative & team work oriented Posses good communication and computer skill Good performance People oriented Hard worker for more information, kindly visit us at http://www.laseinehall.com/root/en
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Overall responsibility for operational centre team. To assist in sales of office suites and other services during the absence of marketing personnel. To provide training, supervision and development of Centre team members on a daily basis in terms of client satisfaction, up-selling and client complaint handling. To conduct the induction training of newly recruited CSR. To handle customer complaint and staff grievances. To supervise and ensure smooth running of events/functions & Checked In clients. Responsible for housekeeping/cleanliness of the Centre Implement effective purchasing procedure. To record staff attendance and leave entitlement. To have a knowledge of the IT system and as a back up IT. Responsible for the extension agreement of the BIP clients and Tenancy Responsible for updating the agreement records of clients To cooperate and work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvements of the quality management system.
