DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN You will be responsible for managing overall Human Resources activities related to talent acquisition and development, organization and people development, compensation & benefit, and to supervise legal matters. Direct, coordinate and monitor all activities to achieve HCL internal objectives. Create, cascade and implement Manpower Planning, KPI and Performance Management System. Create and launch Change Management Program. Initially to empower Knowledge Management suitable to organization needs. Requirements: 38 - 45 years old. Minimum S1 Psychology / Law / Human Resources graduate. Minimum 5 years experience as HRD and Legal Manager. Strong competences in overall HR management and familiarity in adopting and implementiy HR best practices. Excellence communication and skill. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
