DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities : To make sure that he/she can fully understand the brief coming from the account team. To create and/or cooperate with Account & Production team for tasks list based on the brief with clear agreed PIC & working/production timeline To understand detail steps of each item development To create effective working timeline based on priority, difficulty level & the load To gain knowledge of new items for digital campaign production, in order to understand the production details To decide whether to use third-party vendors to finish a development in order to chase up production timeline. To create a WIP list to be submitted along with account team in weekly basis. WIP must include; list of production team who are working on which tasks, list of problems & initiatives to solve To always give a production timeline regarding the task to the production team To make sure that NONE of the tasks are out of/passing timeline To check and to control the quality whether the output is according the needs To also controlling production budget (vendor-related) within the limitation given Able to always be innovative and giving initiatives for working system and/or other stuffs related or not related to Production phase. Requirement : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in jakarta barat. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Descriptions: Maintaining and updating web content, images, files, etc., according to direction provided by the content and project management teams Under the direction of the content team, responsible for day-to-day content loading and maintenance in the content management system General/administrative data entry and production tracking Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Background/knowledge of Content Management Systems for websites is preferred Excellent data entry skills Experience in copy editing or proofing webpage content is a plus High attention to detail Ability to work well in a team oriented environment and adhere to pre-existing guidelines and standard operating procedures Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Must be self-directed, able to work independently and high motivated Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Experience with Google Analytics a plus Knowledge about web programming (HTML/CSS) is a plus Aptitude to learn new processes and systems quickly Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Barat.
