    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN The Job Description The incumbent will report to the National Key Account Manager, and be responsible mainly assisting the National Key Account Manager in managing Sales strategies and activities by coordinating and developing Sales Supervisor, Salesman, SPG/ MDs to ensure the achievement of business objectives. Detail task include :   Identify, establish and manage multi-tier relationships across customer and organization’s to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of corporate goals Build and maintain executive relationships within the designated company's key customers accounts Achieve account sales objectives and manage D & A and Business Development budget efficiently. Monitor account /channel/ area performance to ensure that objectives are being achieved in accordance with strategies. Prepare modern trade annual promo plan through account plan by account for separate categories. Manage, supervise and coordinate modern trade team through customer and Key Account Management development. Develop and Join business plan, negotiate trading terms and conduct BR together with NKAM by account regularly Coordinate and conduct trade marketing and consumer promo initiatives to increase business share Ensure effective implementation of programs ie. Trade marketing through a highly organized feedback and measurement system. Merchandising standard – roll out standard planogram implementation, SPG/MD standardization, Brand Blocking and Best Look Merchandising, etc.   The General requirement :   Candidate possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable University Minimum 7 years of experience in sales management in which 3 years as Key Account Manager in FMCG, preferably in the personal care and the household products Good understanding of financial principles and implications, particularly in line with Sales and Marketing impacts Good communication and presentation skills, likewise good selling and negotiation skills; Demonstrates a strong leadership and should be able to maintain stable performance under pressure Possess strong Analytical skills, and proven ability to manage complexity Project / process management, communication and presentation skill in a multicultural environment Willing to work in the tough environment (result oriented person).   An attractive remuneration package would be provided commensurate with the qualification and experiences of the selected candidates.  



    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN This is a key management position and the incumbent will report to an Expatriate Director and be responsible for managing and leading Operation Division for arranging cargo shipments delivery in timely manner to fulfill customer’s satisfaction, and ensure that operation Division follow regulations, procedures and company aim.   Detail responsibilities include :   Arrange and involved in the export and import shipments, monitoring Custom Clearance, and all import & export documents, Communication and Coordination with government institution related with the export & import shipments, Communication with supplier, vendors, forwarding & representative office at overseas, Maintain customers and gain profit margin by good calculation from the shipment arrangement Good collaboration with all division to fulfill customer’s enquiry Give advice or suggestion to Top Management for developing operation division Preparing Report for the department activities Guide and train staffs for developing skill and knowledge of freight forwarding business Provide advice and problem solving for internal and customers for cargo shipment arrangement   Major Requirements :   Holding Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in transportation, export import, or any other relevant subject. Must have experience in export import min 5 years in managerial  level preferably from shoe or textile & garment manufacturing companies Must have good knowledge about rules and regulations about ocean export import shipment as forwarder business is mandatory Having PPJK, Basic Cargo and other forwarding certificate is preferable Having good networking related with forwarding business is a must Good collaboration with all division to fulfill customer’s enquiry. Good advisor and problem solving for internal and customers for cargo shipment arrangement. Knowledge about export/import process, procedure, and regulation is a must Familiar with handling custom, export/import documents Knowledge  Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Power Point) Good command of written and spoken English is a must  



    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN The incumbent will report to The Finance Director and be responsible mainly to provide general ledger and accounting support for the company. In addition to leading month-end closing processes and ensuring compliance with local and group reporting requirements, you will be involved in tax filing and liaison with external auditors. This is a highly visible role where you will partner senior management in establishing best practices to drive operational efficiency and business performance. Detail responsibilities include :   Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and goals for assigned areas. Manage General Ledger accounts to ensure that all financial transactions meets the statutory and reporting requirements Manage the operational accounting activities including A/P, A/R, Cash/ Bank, GL, Fixed Assets, Inventory. Review closing activities for any improvement and control enhancement Ensure timely report for monthly, quarterly, yearly and any other report Coordinate and responsible for yearly financial audit. Review closing activities for any improvement and control enhancement. Collaborates with the across division to meet company goals and objectives. Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for the Accounting Department. Coach and develop team member, including supervising, monitoring, and controlling.   Major Requirements :   Minimum graduate from S1 (Bachelor) in Accounting/ Finance Management/ Tax Having minimum 5 years experience in same field, preferably from major manufacturing company Preferably having experiences in tax (5 years for accounting background, 3 Years for Tax background) Having strong knowledge and system about Accounting, Finance, & Tax (held Brevet A&B Certificate) Familiar & Experience in Auditing from Internal & External Familiar & Experience in Tax Reporting ( PPh 21/23/25/26/29/4-2 and VAT ) Tax Return and Tax Auditing  Able to Make Cash Daily Reporting & Report to Bank Indonesia ( RTE etc ) Excellent in accounting program & Ms. Office Good command both spoken & written English.   This is a senior position and an attractive remuneration package would be provided commensurate with the qualification and experiences of the selected candidate.   All applications will be treated with strict confidential.
