    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Manage daily order entry Ensure a professional, courteous and responsive reply to all customer enquiries/claims Ensure customer orders are properly received and delivered on time. Ensure effective communication maintained between marketing & sales (forecasting), planning and purchasing Effective communication with Logistics Manager to ensure both logistics and customer service requirements Monitoring of price and conditions for all sales and products Maintenance of customer master files and Omya reporting system Ensure proper customer complaint lodgment and follow ups completed by all needed areas and departments   Requirements:   Minimum S1 – from a reputable university, majoring in chemical, chemistry Having good experience minimum 2 years Maximum 26 years old Preferable have experience in chemicals Trader Company Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Good Command of English Strong proactive open-minded attitude and Customer oriented Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, creative and smart Good integrity, innovative, self-driven, can do attitude and a team player A type of "get the things done person" Strong endurance and willing to work extra time to make sure the job done and completed
