    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN • Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in project environment preferably in Oil & Gas Telecommunications or Instrumentation • Degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Project Management or relevant. • Experience in using Primavera software would be an advantage. • Project Manager Practitioner level accreditation or similar experience / skills. • Demonstratable evidence of successful project delivery on-time. • Working knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies and tools. • Good project costing skills, risk assessment and understanding of ISO and HSE standards • Good organizational, negotiation and communication skills • Able to travel both nationally and internationally, possibly at short notice

    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Scope 1. Developing of Trade Marketing Strategy and Plans for Indonesia in terms of distribution, space management, promotion and pricing to maximise Sales Revenue and Volume2.  Managing effective Trade Marketing functions with responsibilities in Channel Analysis and Development, , Category Strategy & Development3. Trade Investment Management to optimise Trade Funds effectiveness and efficiency to maximise opportunities in the trade4.Lead in S&OP Process and liasing with Marketing Department to  manage a holistic approach in coordinating & translating marketing & trade programs to be in line with business objectives and ensuring seamless execution at ground level   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field. At least 3 year(s) of working experience prefer from FMCG Company Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
