DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description : Manage and develop all of Training Activity, both Management Training and Technical Training. Conduct Training Needs Analysis and implement Training for Employees. Ensure employees can develop their ability in accordance with Company Requirements. Prepare Module / Training Materials. Make Employee Training History Report. Requirements : Maximum age is 30 years old. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent. Good knowledge in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Matrix. Have strong analytical and organizational skill. Required skill(s): Training, MS Excel. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
