DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Responsibilities: Ensure that all marketing, communications and CRM initiatives are consistent with brand guidelines. Responsible for marketing strategies and activities. Develop quaterly objectives with goal of increasing brand"s value. Plan and execute product launches, promo, campaigns and events. Monitor and identify market trends. Plan and manage marketing budget with post evaluation analysis Requirements: Target oriented Creative and innovative in geberating new ideas Able to do copy writing for promotional material Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
