DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description: Responsible on cash and bank management to ensure all financial transaction has been proceed accordingly and accountable. Lead, coach, develop and motivate the team to provide excellent debt recovery management services Oversee the Debt Recovery function which encompass overseeing the day to day operations, including complaints, disputes, enquires Develop/enhance internal controls, policies, processes and procedures and ensure that they are properly scoped and enforced and are effective and efficient Timely handling/reporting of doubtful debts provisioning and bad debt write-off processing on monthly basis. Perform operational reporting and analysis Budget & Accrual/Cost Tracking on expense incurred in conducting the debt recovery activities Manage risk control on raw material hedging Ensure that the requirements of the HSEMS are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the standard OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Authorities To stop or change the credit limit for customers. To make recommendation for risk and credit control policies. To stop hedging transactions if required. Requirements : S1 Decree in Finance & Accounting Experience At least 5-8 years suitable accounting/finance experience with 5 years in a supervisory role. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Experience within a rapidly changing organization in Multinational Company preferably within a Manufacturing environment. Strong MS excel skills and IT systems experience (SAP and Hyperion). Other Essential Attribute High level of motivation & initiative with a self-starter mentality Excellent communicator and presentation and leadership skills Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Purpose: Develops, implements, and conducts quality control programs and procedures to assure product and material quality. Assists in the coordination, compilation, and analysis of test and inspection report. Job Description: Develop and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation. Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data. Interacts with Manufacturing and Engineering in the identification and resolution of product quality problems. Assists production personnel with quality issues. May provide technical guidance and direction to Quality engineering technicians and/or Quality assurance auditors. Develops Quality Audit plans. Assists in the development of test controls, process controls, and accepted standards for new and existing products. Coordinates and reports on achievement and maintenance of quality certifications. Participates in and coordinates internal and external audits of processes, ensuring smooth and successful outcome of audits. Develops corrective action activities and follow up on implementation. Conducts special evaluations of quality problems and monitors corrective actions to resolve those problems. Analyzes production limitations and problems. In charge of Internal Auditor of ISO 14001 Job Specification: Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering) or equivalent Minimum 1 years experience working in quality related areas. Well-versed in application of QA tools & methodologies. Good exposure and knowledge in ISO 14001, QCC, 5S, Kaizen, JIT or Lean Manufacturing. Experience in implementation of quality systems with prior working experience in MNC Experience in initiating and maintaining vendor QA programs Good n planning and conducting Quality Audits. Familiar with statistical process control techniques and tools. Has initiative and drive, with a strong sense of ownership in getting things done Possess leadership, analytical and good interpersonal skills Good communication and project management skills

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Purpose: • To establish, implement, maintain and improve HSE System within Prysmian in Indonesia. • To ensure that HSE objectives are achieved. • To ensure overall effectiveness of the HSE System within Prysmian operations in Indonesia. • To achieve HSE goals/objectives Responsibilities: • To ensure consistency of the objectives and their application relating to the Prysmian Cables Indonesia HSE Management System and the requirements of ISO 14000, OHSAS18001, and Health-Safety-Environment matters. • To manage and respond HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) • To oversee the establishment, implementation and maintenance of the HSE System within Prysmian Cables Indonesia • To collect information concerning opportunities for Improvement. • Training of Prysmian Cables Indonesia personnel on all matters affecting HSE Management and HSE Improvement; • To assist Managers with the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s HSE System and, to ensure that HSE requirements are not subordinated to any prejudicial interests; • To identify and record any business operation or HSE system non-conformities; • To recommend and initiate action to prevent the occurrence of HSE system or operational nonconformity’s; • To initiate, recommend or provide solutions through the appropriate channels; • To verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and solutions. • To conduct arrange and Internal Quality Audits within the organization and maintain appropriate records. • To foster increasing focus on the customer / client satisfaction and HSE in Indonesia. • In the absence of the National QHSE Manager, the President Director shall assume the aforesaid responsibilities. • To prepare the factory’s HSE objectives and target. • To update on monthly, six monthly and yearly all company database on the performance of the HSE relevant information. Job Spesification: • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any related majors. • At least 1-3 years suitable HSE experience. • Experience in handling industrial relations, recruitment and assessment, training, people development, etc. • Excellent command of spoken and written English. • Experience within a rapidly changing organization in Multinational Company preferably within a Manufacturing environment. • Excellent communicator and presentation and leadership skills • Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines. • Strong attention to detail. • Have any related certification in HSE will be an advantage. • Applicants must be willing to work in Cikampek.
